First-Floor space available: Commercial, Retail or Restaurant

Ground-level tenant space is available for immediate occupancy.  The location is ideal for commercial, retail or cafe/restaurant use in Downtown Durham.  Space can be configured to suit.  16 foot high ceilings allow a mezzanine area to accomodate a total of 1250 - 1800 sq. foot of tenant space.

308 West Main was built circa 1906 by John Sprunt Hill.  According to Durham's directory at the time, the first tenants were a physician, C. E. King and Sons druggists, and the Durham Art Shop.  The address at that time was 224 West Main (according to Sanborn maps).  Sometime near 1919 the building's address changed to 308, as it remains today.

Check out the artist mock-up of the space and then come visit and see for yourself that 308 West Main would be a great location to start your business.
